Temperature, medium, pressure, contaminant, the rating you need, flow — and the drawing, if one exists. That is seven inputs, and each of them changes the design rather than just the price.
What we ask forSintered fiber felt covers 0.5 – 50 μm and holds the most contaminant; sintered wire mesh covers 2 – 200 μm and keeps its pore size under high differential pressure. Woven mesh is the medium we weave ourselves.
Compare the three mediaIt is measured rather than asserted: bubble point, air permeability and precision are tested on every batch, and the record travels with the dispatch.
How we test a batchYes. A part number, a drawing or a used element is enough to start, and the copy is confirmed with a sample before the first production run.
Start from a sampleWe hold ISO 9001 and every dispatch carries its batch test record. Material certificates and project-specific certification are confirmed per inquiry — and if an audit needs something we do not hold, we say so at the first call.
Manufacturing and inspectionMOQ runs from a few pieces to a few dozen, and a sample order is a few pieces. Samples ship in 20 – 30 days; production runs 30 – 60 days.
