Select metal wires of the appropriate type and specifications, ensure a smooth surface, removing impurities and oxides.
2. Weaving Preparation
Adjust the parameters of the weaving machine according to product specifications and requirements, including mesh size, density of warp and weft wires, etc.
3. Weaving Process
Pass the prepared fine wires through an automatic weaving machine, interlacing them according to the design requirements to form the metal mesh.
4. Surface Treatment
Wash the woven metal mesh to remove oil and impurities generated during the production process. Depending on the application, apply anti-corrosion treatments such as galvanization or coating.
5. Inspection & Quality Control
Examine the appearance of the metal wire mesh to ensure no defects, broken wires, or other quality issues. Check parameters such as mesh size, aperture, and wire diameter to ensure compliance with specifications.
6. Packaging and Shipping

We provide free sample for normal product. But the client need to pay for innovative new product.
The MOQ is 10 square meters.
Based on quantity and type of customer, we have flexible payment like T/T in advance, X% T/T+Balance before shipment, X%+Letter of Credit etc.
Normal it takes 30 days, but for normal products, we have stock and quick shipping. If innovative new mesh, it depends on the degree of difficulty.
We have Kraft paper covered the mesh roll, and fixed into a wooden case. For special high grade mesh, customized packing upon request.
Normally defected mesh will not flow to clients. If there is, we can discount with the consent of clients, otherwise return back and send new goods.
There is no additional cost, and actually we are willing to research new mesh for clients.
We usually supply the mesh in roll, but can cut into special size upon request.
