Successful R&D Cases in Recent 2 Years
Case No.1: A special Inconelloy wire mesh requested by a customer from filtration industry.
The difficult point for this mesh is that the warp direction needs multi-wires, normal loops can not work. Our engineers adjusts the looms and improve its strength, and make samples and prototypes for 5 times, and finally get the right mesh at the customer satisfactory.
Case No.2: A special ultra-fine wire fabric requested by a customer from burning industry.
The difficult point for this mesh is that the wire is only 12 micron in diameter, and it is 80 filaments both in the warp and woof direction. The wire is too loose to weave, and our engineers make the wires shifted, and adjust the loom, finally get the right fabric.
Case No.3: A special Monel 400 wire mesh requested by a client from corrosion resistance working condition.
The difficult point is that the material is very special with high grade mesh request, it is hard to fine a quality weaver for this mesh. Our technicians think the key is the right wire, so request a high standard of wires, and finally get the right mesh.
